Hi there! I’m excited to guest post for Jen today! I was introduced to Foot Zonology 4 years ago. A close friend had gone through the courses and would tell me periodically about all the amazing physical and emotional benefits she and her children were receiving from being foot zoned: from her having more energy and releasing a lot of built-up stress and emotions that she had buried, to helping her son that had ear infections on a regular basis. I had her zone me a handful of times and felt drawn to it and knew I wanted/needed to learn to be able to help my family and others.
So what is a foot zone?!
Simply put, it is a method of treating the physical, mental, and emotional features of the body by using a specific massage of the nerves located on the feet. Each nerve signals the brain to affect change at the corresponding area – muscle, bone, joint, organ, or system. A complete zone communicates to every call in the body. The zone encourages the cells to regenerate from their abnormal state to their original healthy state, bringing the body back into balance at the cellular level.
The bottom of your foot is like a keyboard, and your body is a computer. Within each of our feet we have detailed and complex signal systems. This signal system is thought to be connected to every part of the human anatomy – the circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, skeletal, endocrine, digestive, respiratory, reproductive, and muscular systems, as well as the emotional and spiritual bodies. These signals are believed to run throughout our bodies, especially to the extremities – the ears, hands, and especially our feet.
The knowledge of the reflexes on the feet and other extremities has been around for thousands of years! From the beginning, each cell in our bodies has the knowledge and capability of renewing itself. Our DNA pattern holds a perfect blueprint of our body and is able to heal and rebuild the perfect cell. On a daily basis we are surrounded by toxins, from the air we breathe, to the food we eat and the water we drink. Along with these toxins, we regularly experience stress and it takes a toll on us. A foot zone removes and erases mental and emotional records and imprints, and removes and dissolves food residues. It raises your life energy and helps your mind have a higher awareness.
Foot Zoning balances and points our bodies in the right direction to allow this natural process to take place! A foot zone does not treat any diseases as it is a full body treatment every time. A few benefits from a foot zone are:
-Some clients feel energized
-Sleep becomes deeper and calmer or dreams become more active
-Some feel tiredness – the body responds by needing more sleep so it can rest and repair
-Emotional or psychological releases may result in crying
-A more active digestive system
-More clarity of thought
-Release of stress and feeling more in balance
So basically in a nutshell, I do the zone balance on your feet and give you any information that comes up during your zone to help you, and the cool thing is that it can be done remotely also! I give you a time as to when I will do the zone (on myself while connected to you) and just ask that you pay attention to how you are feeling before that given time and then I will notify you when I am done and give you all the information that came up and we can discuss things further if needed!
I am grateful that I was able to learn how to foot zone and I love how amazing our bodies are and that they know how to heal and have been programmed to do so from the beginning.
